She was born in Edirne in 1961.
She graduated in 1983 from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Master of Painting
She started working as a restaurateur in 1985 at Mimar Sinan University, Painting and Sculpture Museum Painting Restoration
She completed her PhD in 1998 at Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting
She has opened 19 personal exhibitions since 1987 and has participated in numerous national and international group exhibitions and art symposiums.
She whose works were available at Kocaeli University Fine Arts Faculty between 2003-2006 has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Arts. She, who worked as a faculty member at Beykent University Faculty of Fine Arts between 2007-2020, was granted the eligibility of PhD in 2019.
She still continues her work in her own workshop.
