Akgün Manisalı, who has been working as an artistic make-up artist abroad for 20 years, has been specializing in Urban Photography and Digital Art for the last three years. In the exhibition titled "Birds" at Boğaziçi/Bargilya Culture and Art Days, he named his black flamingo installation "Kararanlar" in which he referred to the pink flamingos that were forced to change their migration areas as a result of unplanned construction, whose numbers are decreasing rapidly and will never come to our region again unless precautions are taken.
