İsa Yılmaz
The work presents a composition of a metal bee figure accompanied by a honeycomb. The metal bee figure at the center of the sculpture and the honeycomb patterns surrounding it symbolize the natural habitat. The honeycomb patterns reflect the bee's productivity, its contribution to natural processes, and its social organization, while the regular and geometric structure of the honeycomb cells represents discipline. Simultaneously, the central bee figure represents the resilience and strength found in nature.
Isa Yılmaz was born in Samsun in 1994 and graduated from the Sculpture Department of Akdeniz University in 2016. He has held one solo exhibition and participated in numerous national and international exhibitions. He continues his artistic endeavors independently in his own studio.
