Aslışah Erdem

Aslışah Erdem produces her works in various series. Each series has its own subtext, but the fundamental theme is always the individual and their journey of solitude. These series include "Crowded Loneliness," "Confrontation Series," and "Every Human Being Series," which feature the artist's signature depictions of rabbits, fingers, and lips. In her works, she addresses the loneliness of individuals within society, the hardships they face from birth to death, and the individual differences that make up their humanity.

Aslışah Erdem

Aslışah Erdem was born in Istanbul in 1994. She completed her education at Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts, Stone Sculpture Workshop. From 2019 to 2022, she participated in group exhibitions at various important venues, including Elgiz Museum, Rotary International Bazaart, Base, Grand Pera, and AKM. From 2015 to 2023, she participated in numerous symposiums, including the A.I.E.S.M. Sculpture Symposium held in Italy. The artist continues to create her works in her studio in Istanbul.
